Hello,


Some of our users may sometimes get this error message:

Error message: 5000 Description: No description available
Error number: 88a67d15-f0fa-4e29-a39f-fbe6cfcb7f96

If they refresh the page they might not get the error again.


Could you please help us understanding the problem?

When you have that sequence for the error number, you should be able to find a file in your %temp% directory with that number.html . That file will contain pertinent information for our developers to assist you.
