Planning workshop

This workshop provides crucial insight into establishing needs and highlights all available options. The general objective is to ensure that the environment, needs and options are uncovered.  Each workshop is structured to be a one-day session.  The outcome of this workshop is vital input for the Solution Design Workshop that we conduct in the Design phase of the PDIM model.

Design workshop

The information acquired from the Planning workshop will form the basis for this workshop. Together, we will work to firstly outline, then detail, the optimal technical solution for your solution. The overriding objective of this workshop is to meet your needs as precisely as possible in the form of the most practical, working solution.

It stands to reason that you will be looking for absolute reassurance that the solution design is as fail proof as possible. The main objective with conducting the verification process within the design workshop is to determine that certain environmental factors do not negatively affect your solution.  Beyond 20/20 will support you at this critical stage with competent tests and verification procedures, ideally within a test environment that is available at your site.

Implementation

Projects today require us to build competence quickly and in the most cost effective manner possible. Beyond 20/20 will provide you with the right on-the-job training for specific implementations. We will assist and guide you through critical phases of the installation of the solution.

Manage

Our service demands that we provide you with outstanding care and support throughout the solution’s entire life cycle. For a period, we will perform tests and checks on in order to optimize the solution and be able to detect issues on time so as to be able to quickly and effectively rectify any problem.
