Beyond 20/20’s Data Connection Wizard is one of our “cube”-building products, which allows you to prepare your view directly from your source database.  The supported databases include Microsoft Access and SQL, Oracle and Sybase.  Additionally, one can build from an exported Database File (.DBF), spreadsheet and or text delimited file.

Another advantage of the Data Connection Wizard is its ease of use – the integrated wizard steps you through, and allows you to save, the data building process.  With little training, one can be up and running and building multi-dimensional tables.  This helps increase your speed to production, as the person who understands the data can also be the person who prepares it.  The automation features means the process can be rerun for future updates.

The end product produced by the Data Connection is a Beyond 20/20 multi dimensional cube file (.IVT) that can be then be viewed and manipulated over the Web (with Web Data Server) or through a desktop application (with our Professional Browser).

Web Data Server
Le logiciel Beyond 20/20 Web Data Server est utilisée par plusieurs organismes statistiques international pour la diffusion de leurs données.Web Data Server permet à l’utilisateur de faire leurs propres consultations des données. Ce visualisateur (browser) de données permet de constituer des tableaux multidimensionnels personnalisés à partir d'un fichier de données individuelles, de consulter et de manipuler des tableaux de données prédéfinis.

Une documentation est consultable pour chaque élément d'un tableau, le tableau lui-même, les variables (appelées "dimensions"), les en-têtes de colonnes et de lignes.Avec ce produit, vous disposez ainsi de tables enrichies de documentation en ligne, avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités de présentation (calcul, mise en page, tri, recherche, graphique, etc). L'exportation des données dans les formats les plus courants est rapide.Les utilisateur n’ont pas besoin d’installation de logiciel, elle fonctionne avec sois Firefox ou Internet Explorer.
