I am using an extract in WDS 8.0 to build reports. I have a dimension called INCOME which has income numbers grouped by 20,000. But I want to get more detail for incomes between 40,000 and 100,000. Can I somehow group them by 5,000? I can't figure out how to do this in the finished report.

You have to define Custom Bands. There is a bit of information about this on p. 311 of the Visual Builder manual, but what I would really like to see is a detailed FAQ on bands, in particular as it pertains to band definitions in an .IVN.

Excellent suggestion, Francois.
I will pass the information along to our services team, and we should come up with a FAQ to detail this process.
I will update this thread with a link to it when the FAQ will be done, and that should be by the end of September timeframe.
