Government Departments
While national statistical agencies dominate the collection, summary and publishing of public information in certain parts of the world, national and regional government departments manage these activities elsewhere. Regional criminal investigation bureaus, national educational departments, and employment/labor departments favored large scale solutions either because of the transactional nature of their data source and or the large amount summary data involved.
